For nearly two decades, through every fan edit, every YouTube comment, every nostalgic post, and every message you sent us, you kept Dr. Atul, Dr. Riddhima, and Dr. Sapna alive. You built this legacy.
Yesterday, the universe decided it was time to give that love right back to you.
It started with the most hilariously unpredictable moment. I had just stepped out of the shower when my phone rang. It was Muskaan Mihani, and without warning, she hit video call. There I was, fresh out of the shower, laughing and asking for five minutes to get decent before calling her back. But when we reconnected, my heart skipped a beat.
Sitting right beside her was Shilpa Anand.
For the next hour, nineteen years evaporated into thin air. The chemistry, the banter, the effortless warmth that captured everyone’s hearts back then was right there, live, unscripted, and overflowing. We laughed until our eyes welled up with tears. We reminisced about the magic of those early days, but more importantly, we celebrated the incredible, resilient human beings sitting on that screen today.
Life has tested all three of us in deep ways over the years. We have navigated health battles, personal loss, life shifts, and quiet trials away from the camera. While I have been fortunate to explore many different characters and stories on screen since those days, returning to Sanjeevani feels like visiting home. None of that magic would have been possible without the visionaries who brought us together. A deep, heartfelt thank you to our brilliant producers, creators, directors, the channel, and the incredible crew who poured their souls into making the show a phenomenon.
